During carefully selected activities focusing on the morale and mental cohesion of a team, can have a strong positive impact not only on a feeling of safety but also on the safety of the workplace itself.

Objectives

The main objectives of the Vinci Energies was to focus on work place health and safety and effective collaboration as a team.

The Reach

Teams are hand in hand (literally), as they help one another reach out a certain item from the floor without letting their team member fall on the ground. The first team who collects everything within the given time wins the game.

Dinosaur Egg Relay

In this activity, teams require effective communication and coordination to deliver the giant dinosaur egg from the starting point to the end, only using some ropes and sticks! The fastest team to deliver the egg will win the game.
